Unable to connect second adapter

Hey, I bought twoAV2000 Gigabit Powerline ac Wi-Fi kits for my house, the TL-WPA9610. However, I've put one adapter by the router and connected it and the two extenders are around the house, but when I try to pair the second adapter, it just flashes at me (the power light) and never pairs. Am I doing something wrong?

how can I get the second adapter on the network so I can put it in my office and have a wired connection up there?

Thanks.

@Adam-

Please reset the second adapter by holding the reset button/hole for 10s first.

Then please download the tpPLC utility and use it to add the new adapter.

May it help and have a nice day.

The adapter doesn't have a reset button, only the extenders do (that I could find) In the end, I had to manually go into the app, add the adapted using the key on the back and then it synced up nicely. I now have it in my office providing lovely lovely internet to my NAS. Thanks for the reply :-)

@Adam-

Thanks for your reply, glad to hear that you figured it out finally. Congrats.

Now you can enjoy the internet with the powerline adapters.

For the adapter, you can hold the pair button for 15s to reset it.
