Hello, from the system log, it seems that the connection drops few times or the router tried to re-dial up the connection for a few times. 

 

May I know does it affect the actual performance? Like speed or stability? 

 

What is the led status of the TD-W8961N when you received the log error? 

 

Meanwhile, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

The log message need to be read with the specific symptom so that we can get what does it mean; per I said before, from the current log, it can be that the connection drops a few times or the router tries to re-dial up. 

 

And you mentioned that it does not affect the actual performance of the router, instead, it works well, you may ignore it.

 

And we will try to improve the log feature and make it more helpful.

@Kevin_Z yes internet works well no problem.  connection does not break.  but in system logs shows errors

Hello, per I mentioned above, if the actual performance wouldn't be affected, you can ignore it.

 

And to get the exact meaning of the system log, we need combine it with the specific symptoms together. 

 

Besides, the TD-W8961N has been released for serveral years, some system log has not been improved. 

 

And we will keep wroking to improve the system log.
