When you try to install wireless HP DeskJet F4580 I get this message:
"Your computer is unable to communicate with your printer at 192.168.1.102. This may be caused by firewall software. If you are using firewall software, verify that UDP port 427 is unblocked for both inbound and outbound traffic.
The software cannot communicate with your printer at IP address 192.168.1.102. This may be caused by many factors; the most common is firewall software."
This problem occurs on a new laptop Acer 771G with Windows 8 64-bit.I tried to turn off the firewall in Windows 8 as well as turn off security on the router. I have not any antivir. When I turn on printer automaticly the router`s Current Connected Wireless Stations numbers display MAC of printer. Can I make this port on the router?
