Model: Adapter
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I bought a T2U nano to replace my T2U yesterday.

After having installed the drivers (latest from website) I realized that it was not detecting 5GHz networks (tried different locations). The situation is similar in both Windows 10 and Debian.

Please let me know if there is a solution for this.

Thanks.

@chromodoris

Can it detect any wireless networks? Like 2.4GHz or other 5GHz SSIDs?

Try to change the wireless channel of the main router to give it a go, like channel 36, 40 and 44.

Besides, you can change another USB port to plug it and reinstall the driver.

May it help.

@Kevin_Z

I have the same problem with my T2U nano - installed latest driver (Windows 10) but not detecting 5GHz networks

" Can it detect any wireless networks? Like 2.4GHz or other 5GHz SSIDs? "

- can detect other 2.4GHz but not a single 5GHz (there are other 5Ghz in my area, other than my router, that my phone can detect)

" Try to change the wireless channel of the main router to give it a go, like channel 36, 40 and 44.  "

- don't think router has those options

" you can change another USB port to plug it and reinstall the driver. "

- tried that, same result

Is there any way round this?

Or is there any setting in the adapter's "Advanced" tab in "Properties"? Thanks!
