C1200 Random reboot issue
My router is not even 10 days old and it has rebooted itself probably 20 times now, I searched this forum regarding the issue and the same issue existing 2 years now for several users with the same model.
Why there has been no fix so far? I have tried the beta firmware dated 2018/03/08 floating on these forums and the issue is still there.
I have tried everything reboot/reset/hard reset. the issue is still there.. is there going to be official firmware release anytime soon?
Please fix this.

I sent in an email to TP-link India support, I got a reply pretty quickly with a beta firmware C1200v2_eu-up-2.0.2 Build 20181128 rel.31721_2018-11-28_09.35.05
The router seems to be doing fine so far, 48 hrs and no reboot. The GUI is very smooth and resposive.
I'm not sure if I can post the firmware here with my own link. If anyone facing similar issue, I suggest sending in an email to get the latest firmware.
To TP-link:
Why not release the firmware already? why people have to go through the support to get the fix? almost every c1200 user is going through the reboot issue. Just release the firmware already.

Thanks for your requesting, we will do further analysis to fix this issue.
Could you please provide some specific symptoms about the auto reboot issue? Like what is the led status of it at that time? Can you get internet from it by wired cable or so?
And how do you make it back to work?
Besides, where did you buy this router?
Good day.

There are no symptoms, it can happen anytime. Its total router reboot like you do restart in router interface. Everything including wifi/wired goes down and comes back up after a couple of minutes. I don't have to do anything to make it working again. I believe it's crashing for some reason and rebooting itself.
Bought the router on Amazon India.
Please fix this.

@Kirandev It's a few days I have the same problem, the router reboot randomly without any configuration change. I tought it was an HW problem, so I bought another C1200 but I still have the same problem

Same problem with me, 2.0.2 Build 20180118 rel.38979 v2 model, 3 years old, firmware is up, keep wifi dropping and then random reboot. A lot of people complain about it, even though I didn’t choose the cheapest one directly. I think it will be a trash can, because that's not worth a euro.
