Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3

I recently bought a TP-Link Archer AX10 AX1500 wifi router. It is connected to my modem. Both the modem and the router act as dhcp servers but on different subnets, so the modem (192.168.1.254) only allocates 192.168.1.1 to the wan port of the router and the router allocates 192.168.0.x ip address to all of my connected devices.

When I connect to the router with ethernet, everything works fine with great speeds.

When I connect through WiFi, there is no internet on my PC running a PCiE Qualcomm Atheros AR938x Wireless Network Adapter. The adapter connects to the WiFi but I can't even ping the modem.

Any thoughts? It's got me beat.

@HotChips

Please ensure that the network adapter of your PC supports 801.11AX router. Below is a FAQ you can refer to:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2303/

Besides, what about other wireless devices? Can they get internet from the TP-Link wifi?

With wifi connected to the Archer AX10/AX1500, please click here to get the IP address and gateway.

And please login to the web UI of the TP-Link router, and show us a screenshot of the status page.
