Model: M7650
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6

The APN setting default to pay as you go, however, I'm on a UK Vodafone contract.

PAYG won't work so I have to change the APN to Vodafone Contract every time the device starts as settings aren't retained.

This is very frustrating so reaching out before returning the unit.

@ataylor

Try to create the network connection profile manually with the APN information. Instruction as below:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1663/

And please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Still the same, try to hard reset it manually by holding the reset button/hole and reconfigure it.

Any updates, please let us know.

@ataylor

That would be great, glad to hear that.

You can take more time to test its performance.

Any further problem, be free to let me know.
