Hello.

Could you please suggest, which router is good enogh (and not the most expensive) to manage wifi clients at home network?

I need to manage children android phones and give some rules.

Unfortunatelly all articles about "parental control in wireless routers" do not mention, that all the described settings only work for LAN clients, not for wifi clients.

Thank you!

@dimonsky

If you want to block your children to access internet, then the router supports parental control can satisfy your needs.

And parental control in wireless routers does work for wireless devices. So even the children connect their device to the TP-Link wifi, you can add them into the parental control list to block the internet access.

For the price, you may need check the local official website/store.

@Kevin_Z

I have

AC1200 Wireless Dual Band Router
Model No. Archer C50

In  the Web interface of the router, go to Wireless 2.4GHz / Wireless stasticstic page. It shows my phone MAC in a clients list.

Then I open a page Parental Control, and search the drop down list called "MAC Address in current LAN". And there is no my phone in this list. It shows only LAN clients. Means, there is no way to add WiFi clients into the filter of Parental Control.
