Hi,

I had my TL-WDN3200 connected to my laptop running WinXP SP3, whenever I start-up my laptop, the TP-LINK dialogue opens and show the "wireless network connection 3 TL-WDN3200" as the network adapter. The only icon highlighted is the "Advanced", the rest are gray-out but clicking on it doesn't work at all and also the five bar icon on the right bottom of the task bar indicate the TL-WDN3200 as "disabled".

How do I make the dialogue box active and the bars changed to "enabled"

BTW both my built in wifi and the TL-WDN3200 are working at the same time, showing 54 Mbp and 300 Mbp respectively.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you.

Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year !

Disable your built in wifi to have a try. Get rid of the tp-link dialogue box and use windows built-in utility (WZC) to connect the wireless.
