I have tried for 3 hours to connect my Powerline Extenders after loosing my passwords. I have used all the knowledge I can from the site and now completely stumped as I cannot get them to work. Help please and thanks
What is the model number of your powerline extender?
FYI, the default wireless password is printed on the back panel of the actual device. 8 digits numbers.
If you cannot find it, you can connect your computer to the powerline extender by wired cable and get the wifi password with tpPLC utility. You can go to download center on the official website to download and install it.
