Hello,

I've been using this router for 8 months with no problems but some days ago it stopped reading the SIM card inside the device.

It's an Italian SIM card (Iliad) and it works properly when it's plugged into the cellphone.

 I've even tried an other SIM card but again it doesn't work.

With the sim card inserted into the TL-MR6400, try to reboot it and verify whether it works. 

 

Besides, you can hard reset it by holding the reset hole for 10s with MR6400 powered on.

 

Still the same, please contact the retailer or the local tech support to verify whether a replacement is qualified with the serial number/proof of purchase.
