Model: Archer AX1500  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: xxx

I just bought a new archer ax50 and connected my 4tb  Ntfs) disk and I get a lot of error when ddoing robocopy to it.

Should I retrun this router ? (not impressed)

Sorry to hear that, we can do some troubleshooting first and try to fix it. 

 

1. What is the model number of the hard drive? What is the error you get? Please provide more information. 

 

2. With HDD plugged into the computer directly, does it work properly? 

 

3. Try to format the hard drive and give it a go.

@Kevin_Z  Thanks, I already contacted tech support and it looks OK now. The WD disk is bran new. I was getting many error from robocopy. But I will try a different copy utility.  The router seems to be ok.
