Hi

Have AC1200 E4 2 pack which is working.

I'm connected to it but if l logged out of it and then reconnect, the password won't work

Also other members of the family can't connect cos of the password

They can connect as guest but it's not secured

My password has capital, small letters, numbers and 1 symbol. 9 in total

@Kate67

Do you mean disconnect the wifi connection by saying logged out of it?

Is there any error message after you failed to connect to it? Like incorrect password?

Try to create a simple password for it, letters and numbers only, no special symbols; after that, try to verify whether it works.

Besides, please tell us the current network diagram.

Good day.

@Kate67

Are your Deco's in router mode?

If so, try to shift to AP mode and see if it works.

I have a similar issue and shifting to AP mode worked for me.
