5GHz problem on archer c2300
Hello.
Just bought a Tp link archer c2300 and I am on unifi fibre home (Malaysia).
Tried to set up the router but 5GHz band cannot be enabled.
The 5GHz option is greyed out and it says 5GHz cannot be enabled due to restriction in your region/country.
Please help.
P.S: I am on latest firmware.

Hello, try to reboot the Archer C2300 and then login to the web UI; try to disable the wifi function with the wifi button on the back of the actual device to give it a go as well.
If still the same, please hard reset the Archer C2300 by holding the reset hole for 10s with it powered on.
May it help.

I see, sorry to hear that it does not work. Considering it cannot be fixed via the troubleshooting methods, to solve your problem, you can contact the retailer or the local tech support to get a replacement if qualified.
Below is the contact info of local tech support. Please provide the model number, hardware version, serial number, proof of purchase when you reach out to them.
