Hello, sorry for any inconvenience.
We don't actually suggest our customers purchase any device for a feature that is not supported yet, as plans will change.
But if this is the only or the most important reason you purchased the AX50, it is suggested to contact your reseller to see if he can help with the return or replacement (with one supports Onemesh already).
Good days.

Hello, what is the model number of your AX3000? Is it Archer AX3000 or Archer AX50?
As you can see from the compatibility list below, there is a plan to add onemesh feature on the Archer AX50 in next firmware.
But the estimated release time is still unsure, it is suggested to keep an eye on official website for the updates.
Good day.

Thanks for your kindly understanding and support in advance.

Hi, there is currently no plan to add the support for Onemesh on the AX50, please refer to the Onemesh Compatibility List.

When did this change? The AX50 was listed as coming soon previously and I bought the RE505X with that in mind. Quite disappointing that it seems to have been removed from the coming soon models now.

What happend between 2020-01-15 and "a week ago"? 2020-01-15 you replied ETA unsure, and now it is just no more update for onemesh, not even why.
I bought the AX3000 router so it could do onemesh with my repeater that I already had. You are just telling me that i should look at the Onemesh Compatibility List...
Back then.... the AX3000 was on that list!
I hope to hear from you tp-link how you gonna fix this, you promist something and afterwarts it is just like no, not gonna do this your problem?

I'm looking at the AX20 or AX50. The AX20 is on the "coming soon" list for Onemesh, but I see from other posts that the AX50 was also on this list and has been removed. What is the thinking of removing Onemesh for a premium router?
Are there no TP Link routers with wifi 6 and Onemesh? Like the others, I also need to base my decision on if firmware is going to be released.
