After replacing my system HDD with newly install Windows 10 64bits pro, my PC cannot detect the Archer. I tried different ways, but no success. Please help.

Hello, try to change another PCI-e slot.

 

With it plugged in, please verify whether it can be detected under computer management-device manager-network adapters or other devices. And you can unplug it and plug it back to verify whether there is some device disappeared and showed up again. 

 

Besides, you can change another computer to verify whether the network adapter works well.
