TL-WN823N Wlan V3 Linux Mint don't connect

Hello,
I'm use Linux Mint Version 19.3 and TL-WN823N V3.
My problem:
When i connect the stick in linux i have connection immediately.
The connection cannot be established after a restart Linux.
If I remove the stick and put it back in, the connection is immediately restored.
There is no driver for tp-link installed.
Does anyone know the problem?
