Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.9.18

Does 1.9.18 have Parental Controls? I can't find a setup link on the app. I have read the parental control setup page that is typically referenced for the M5, but I do not see a parental control button on my app. Please advise.

Hello, what is the model number of your Deco? Is it Deco M5?

Meanwhile, it has nothing to do with the hardware version. Deco M5 V1 supports parental control as well.

Please ensure that the Deco works in regular wireless router mode as well.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z Thank you. Yes. It is an M5, And what you mentioned is the problem. I have it set up as an access point. Parental controls are not available in that mode. I will have to figure out how to use it in the default mode, I guess.

Hello, thanks for your valued reply.

You can open Deco app and go to more-advanced-operation mode page to switch it to regular wireless router mode.

May it help.
