Archer VR900v get telephone number status with Linux Script

Archer VR900v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: softwareVersion=0.9.1 1.3 v0048.0 Build 180525 Rel.62396n
every 4 weeks, i have the problem that some or all of my 3 telephone numbers not longer available,
the status is shown in grey, the only way to get it working is to reboot the router.
My question is it possible to retrieve the status via script then i can automate the reboot or send a email to me.
