I am interested in getting the Deco P9, for use in AP mode with an existing router.

Is it possible to pair the Deco P9 Aps to Tp-Link powerline adapters such as the TL-PA7010P?

Ideally, I would like to connect the current router to an adapter, and then have that provide backhaul for the three Deco P9 Aps and one other TL-PA7010P.

Please see the attached image for an idea of how the network would look.

@Vanburen

The powerline feature on the Deco P9 is used for powerline backhaul only, it cannot pair with other powerline adapters.

But they can still work together, like the picture attached, you can connect the TL-PA7010P to the main router with wifi disable and connect the main Deco to the TL-PA7010P and other slave Decos connect to the main Deco by wired cable or wireless.

Besides, with Deco connected to the TL-PA7010P, the traffic data will be forwarded via ethernet, not powerline backhaul.

May it help.
