Model: Archer C9
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: latest

My Archer C9 router works nicely and connectd with a netgear extender (EX-2700) until I made a reset of the router.  Now WPS connection between router and extender keeps failing.  When I try connecting through the Netgear setup webpage, the extender is capable of "seeing" all my neighbors routers (networks) except mine!

I have switched to another brand new extender but I keep having the same problem.

I would appreciate any help on this issue.

Thanks

@desertsailor

May I know how do you want to connect them together? Which router will be the main one, and which one will be the extender?

You can change the wireless channel of the main router and verify whether the extender can detect it or not.

And please ensure that the firmware for both devices are up to date.
