Model: Archer MR200
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.9.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 build 190307 rel54196n

Hi guys,

I had a stable 3g and 4g connection for the first month. After one month it goes online and offline several times a day. It switches from 3g to 4g several times and it has been always located in the same place. When I reboot it I experience a good connection and after some time it goes offline. Sometimes the signal is poor and sometimes the signal is ok. I sometimes get "unknown error 80002"as well.

I guess you need more information. Just ask

Thank you :)

Luca

@Luca7788

Hi Luca, we will do further analysis to locate this issue and try to figure it out.

1. What is the led status of MR200 when it stops working? With the SIM card inserted into the cellphone directly, does it have the same issue?

2. Do both wired connections and wireless connections have the same issue?

3. Please login to the web UI of MR200 and show us a screenshot of the status page/basic-network map page/advanced-network-internet page when it stops working.4. Have you ever tried to change the connection type to 4G only? Or you can create the profile manually to give it a go.

4. Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z

Hi dear. I haven't answered you yet because I followed your suggestion about switching to 4g only. It seems working but I will check it longer and tell you something more in a week. Thank you for now. Love

Luca

Ps: the firmware is up to date
