TL-WA850RE DHCP problems

Hello, I have this issues with the DHCP on.

When this issues happens is not possible to use it anymore. I tried to turn off the DHCP and it seems to work. Is this normal?

Could you please provide a screenshot of the settings- status page on TL-WA850RE when this issue happened? And please show us a screenshot of the settings-network-DHCP settings page as well. (Note： Please click on the extender's icon and show us the full screenshot)
Besides, what is the model number of the main router?

In order to fix the issue, I have to turn it OFF.

The model number of the main router is Technicolor MediaAccess DGA4131FWB.
