Archer MR 200 - Internet Drop out constantly

Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.6.0.0.9.1 Bild 181022 Rel.40644n

The internet drops out constantly - 5 times per day, sometimes more, sometimes it drops multiple times and hour and sometimes not at all. 

 

On connected devies (Windows, Android, Apple) we get "Connected but no internet available". We restart the router and it works fine. So frustrating to have to connect and re-connect all the time.

 

Have tested the sim card in another device and it works fine.  

 

Log - we get this error, which I think is unrelated?

Hi, we need get more details to locate this issue and try to figure it out. 

 

1. What is the led status of MR200 when it stops working? Can you log into the web UI at that time? If so, please take some screenshots, including the status, network-dial-up settings page and send them to us. 

 

2. Have you ever tried to create the connection profile manually? https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1663/ 

 

3. Besides, you can upgrade the firmware to the latest one as well. https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-mr200/v3/#Firmware
