What about other devices or other network activities? Like browsing or downloading? 

 

What is the current led status of TD-W9970? 

 

Can you access internet from it by wired cable? You can log into the web UI to change the DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 under network-internet/DHCP server settings page.
