It is saying incorrect password when trying to connct to extender. I know the password is correct bc I can log into my router with the same password fine.

What is the current led status of the extender? 

 

Please ensure that you use the same password which is used to join the main router's wifi. 

 

You can turn off and turn on the wifi on your devices to give it a go. And may I know if all devices have the same issue?

 

You can connect your computer to the extender by wired cable to log into the web UI to check its hardware and firmware version. Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
