Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 20200221 Rel.65392

Please help,

I purchased the DECO M5 three pack and connected as instructed and all works fine with exception to my two NAS drives (D-Link 323 and WDCloud) these will not see the network.

I have trnned off the wifi from the Virgin Hub but haven't put it into Modem Mode

The Deco M5 Operator Mode is on default Router Mode not Access Point

Before I box it all up and send it back as incompatible I hope that someone could point me in the right direction?

Diagram Attached

Many thanks in advance.

@Videoatari

In your network diagram, what's the IP address of the two NAS drives?
When you connect a laptop to the Deco's Wi-Fi, can you ping the IP address of the NAS drive successfully?

Did you get anywhere with this. I have the same problem. Can't see my WDMyCloud NAS drive. I switched off wireless on my ISP's router, leaving it to the Deco's, and my NAS dissapeared. I've now put the Deco into Access Point mode and the NAS has reappeared, but I'm not sure if I need the features of the Deco that are turned off when you switch to AP mode.
