Model: RE200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Hya,

I am using a Fiber Gateway Router, with a RE200 range extender that is very weel positioned and has a great signal. Also, my desktop is using a TP Link T2U Nano Archer for the wireless connection.

On my 5G network extender I have a signal of cerca 325 Mbps. Sometimes when It ry to connect to the 5G windows gives me an error, sayin the security protocol for this connection is old. But, the most frustrating thing is that I seem to have huge packet loss of data. About 40%. Can someone help me understand why I have so much Loss and Choke, when I am playing an online game for example.

For some reason this didnt happen straigh away, only after a month of use. When I use the connections without the extender, I don´t seem to have this problem.

Thanks.

@Paisa Please try to ping the router IP, then how about the pactet loss?

Here are some suggestions

1. Please make sure the firmware is the lastest one.

3. Please change the wifi channel on your router.

3. Please get RE200 close to your router to get good signal.
