In your case, if you can borrow a phone from your family members or friend, you can download the Deco app on the phone and then log into the Deco app with your account, then you can change the settings with the Deco app. After you finished, you can log out from the Deco app and then uninstall the Deco app on the borrowed phone.

Otherwise, the only way is to reset the Deco network and then reconfigure it.
