I have already talked to customer service about it but they were unable to help.

Basically I am trying to open a port for minecraft (25565), however it says that the port is closed. I tried everything I could think of and spent maybe teo hours talking to customer service for help. No I did not type it in wrong, I have tried other ports, I have tried other devices , checked to see if the port is being used for something else, but all dont work and say the port is closed (i have also tried different test sites). Customer service told me to contact the manufacture and minecraft, but obviously there is no point in that. Does anyone have any other suggestions or have had a similar issue that can shed some light on the situation.
