Archer C20 bricked and recovered. Wifi won't turn on

Archer C20 bricked and recovered. Wifi won't turn on
Archer C20 bricked and recovered. Followed all steps in https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/81462?page=1.
Router turns on, all lights blink and turn off. Connected ISP's cable to WAN port, "e" starts blinking. Connected a laptop to LAN port and respecting light starts blinking.
Only those lights keep blinking and nothing else. Wifi(2.4 and 5 Ghz) won't turn on. 192.168.0.1 doesn't open for me to configure. Router is in a semi-vegitative state. Please help!
