Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20190917 Rel. 76172

Hi,

 

my Deco was connected to a Fritz-Box 7590 very easily, and also it was very easy to connect my Android-Smartphones with my Deco, buit: Iim not able to connect both of my Win-10-Clients with the Deco-Wifi. I can choose it, but if I try to connect with the exact WiFi-Key, the devices will not connect.

After a while they ask again for the network key, but nothing happens. Also I tried WPS-connection and switched off my Windows-Firewall but nothing happens.

 

Also I changed to Access-Point-Mode wich had no effect.

Hi, 

 

Please make sure that the Deco App and the firmware of all Deco stations are up to date. 

 

Furthermore, I would like to ask You to update the drivers of Your Windows system. 


Try and change the password and give it another go. 

 

If it does not work I would like You to provide us with a screenshot of the error message.
