Very LOW data in out of the box connection?

Model : TL-PA551KIT

Hi,
Just installed a pair of 551 to my FTTH 100/10 connection.
Normal LAN connection gives full 95/9 result.
Both 551 are actually in the same room and the power is normal 2 phase 220v installation.
My great disappointment is that I only get around 15/10 !!
Is there anything more to setup, other then the simple pairing?
Cannot believe that this cannot be better.
