I am a happy user of 4010 for a year now. Everything worked fine always. 

All of a sudden, few days ago, one of the adapters started overheating, in a span of 5 minutes it would become so hot it shuts down (I can barely touch it). I tried troubleshooting via the tpPLC tool, reset the adapters, tried plugging them in @ different sockets etc, nothing helped. 

Any idea why this staretd happening? Is this some sort of a hardware flaw? Any tips would be helpful.
