Hello,

my parents ( gift from me) have an issue with the cable/socket of one of my powerline usb-c adapter. It looses connection with the deco p7 unit, frequently. I checked by using the other deco units with the same cable/socket, no issue. And also tried all units with the other usb-c cable/socket, also no issue. So it seems that one poweline adapter is broken. I contacted Amazon.de, however they can't help me. They can only return the entire package (tri) and refund. But then my parents have no router anymore, so that is not an option. The only thing they need, I think, is a new powerline adapter plug. Or does someone have another solution?
