Model: TL-WPA8630P KIT
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.3 Build 20171018 Rel.36564

I have got a PowerLine network up and running using TL-WPA8630Ps (UK version).

I don't expect to see Gigabit speeds on a powerline network, however given that the equipment is marketed as having 3 gigabit ethernet ports I expect the ethernet ports to work as Gigabit. However, setting the port on my iMac to Automatic it onky detects 100baseTX.  This limits the data transfer to 100Mbit/s, when I suspect my powerline network is capable of higher.  If I set the port manually to 1000baseTX, there is no communication.

There is no UI to configure the ports on the WPA8630P.  How are they configured?  It is important to have exactly the same configuration at the other end - even Automatic configuration needs to be set at both ends for it to work properly?

Could there be a bug in the firmware configuring the ports incorrectly?
