unable to open router configuration/ invalid password

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : 2.1
ISP : PTCL
trying to connect to router configuration (after several factory resets) at 192.168.0.1 but each time screen displays invalid username / password
doesnot even display username / password window
using admin as username and password
just cannot log on to configuration setup
