Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20200427 rel.80857

Had this router for about 8 months and a new release of the firmware was published last week. It had some fixes I want so I installed it.

 

Now, half of my 2.4GHz devices will no longer join the network. Right after the boot of router with the new firmware these devices went offline.

 

Communicated with CS to find out how to downgrade the firmware back to the release I was running and after hours they basically say you can't and they have no clue as to waht is wrong.

 

Now I'm stuck with half of the devices in my house as being useless.

 

No happy with this release or the support.

Welcome to all the fun many of us have been having.

 

I've been in contact with support as well.  A head engineer is supposed to contact me to discuss on the phone what is actually happening.
