Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1
When restarting the router the interface works normally, displays the information correctly but after 30 minutes the information is all blank and these errors appear in the browser. Everything else continues to function normally, only the web interface that stops displaying information about the connection.
I've done a factory reset but it didn't work.
I’ve also tested it on other browsers, Edge, Chrome and Firefox, both on desktop and mobile
This is frustrating as I cannot manage my router.

Thanks.

Yes, the problem started after updating to version 1.1.1, after 30 minutes connected some internal service stops working and both the web interface and the theter application are unable to display connection data (as in the images). The only way to get back up and running after the initial 30 minutes is to restart the router.

After a lot of research, I noticed that this router uses the OpenWRT (Luci interface) project as a base. This is a known problem when the DNS is having a problem, I set both the IPv4 and IPv6 DNS to the option "Use the following DNS addresses" stating the same addresses obtained automatically and magically it worked!! I am more than 24 hours without problems in the information of connection.

I ask you to research the problem and correct the DNS "Get dynamically from ISP" option. Perhaps this solves the problem reported by other people here on the forum about the loss of WAN connection, as this was one of the problems I was also having.

I send below more technical details to assist ax6000 engineers, I request that this problem be corrected in the next firmware!

Yes I've tried both via mobile interface on the cell phone and in the theter application, working only when it starts and after 30 minutes it stops working on all devices and browsers, the log does not indicate anything anormal. I suspect that some internal service that provides the information stops working for some reason that I don't know about and just returns on restart.

Hello,

Sorry to respond late.

May I know is this issue occurred after you updated the AX6000 firmware and its current firmware is 1.1.1? Have you tried to leave all the settings by default after the factory default, will this issue still occur after 30mins?

Do you mean the Tether app has this display issue as well when you were trying to manage the AX6000?

Any updates, please let us know, thanks.
