Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me figure my issue out. Everything was working as it should have 2 months ago. My issue is my wireless client download speeds are running around 15 Mbps. The Deco app shows my download speed at 26 Mbps, and around 4.5 Mbps up. A wired connection runs at the same speeds the Deco app does; 26 Mbps down and 4.5 Mbps up.

I have a home wifi system setup as follows:

- 25 Mbps down; 4 Mbps up wireless line of site internet connection with Rise Broadband

- Connected to a main Deco M5 with 4 satellite M5s

Troubleshooting steps I have tried:

- I have tried a different satellite M5 as the main with no change.

- I have unplugged AC from all satellite M5s leaving only the main with no change.

- I have unplugged AC from all electronics that might interfere with the signal.

- Firmware is up to date.

- I test these wireless speeds in the same room as the main about 3 feet away.

- Speeds are the same on wifi laptops (Mac and windows), and iPhones using Ookla website and app.
