Hi! I have 200mbps fiber connection at home and deco only gets 90mpbs. If I use my apple airport extreme,m plugged to fiber's router, I get full speed.

please help me. Please!

Hello, sorry to respond late.

Please help verify more details and we will try to figure it out ASAP:

1. What is the current network topology/layout? Are there two Deco M5 units in your network, how are they connected?

2. With your apple airport extreme connected to the fiber modem directly, please confirm the wired link speed.

3. Please then connect it to the main deco and test the speed you can get from it via speedtest.net as well and check the wired link speed.
Note: Please show us a screenshot of the speed test result.

4. Additionally, please refer to the below troubleshooting to check the QoS settings on the Deco app again:

After that, please run the speed test again and check whether it improves.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I have had the same issue with my 2 Deco M5 since I purchased them. I have AT&T fiber 1000 and have not been able to get above 460mbps on a PC connected by Ethernet no matter what I try. What I have tried so far: Topology is Pace 5268ac modem Deco pc Swapped master deco for slave Set QOS to standard and set speed to 1000 down and 1000 up Reset modem and both deco's Downgraded deco firmware to 1.4.2 disconnected slave deco and ran speed tests No parental controls enabled No anti-virus enabled Even the 5ghz on the deco fail to reach half of the speed of my internet. Again...sorry to hijack this thread but it seems like all TP-Link is able to do is to suggest the same troubleshooting that never fixes the problem! I have none of these issues when connected directly to the Pace 5268ac modem/router. Probably going to return The deco units.
