Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20200216 rel.72186(4555)

The other half complained this morning that she was unable to use the 5GHz-2 wifi network and that her devices had all dropped out. When I checked, not only was the wifi network down but it's entire settings had disappeared from the control panel too. Nothing in the logs that I could see but they only went back around 12 hours or so. Reboot resolved the issue, but is TP-Link firmware seriously still this poor? Is this a known issue which is being worked on with a fix expected soon, or should I just return this and move to ASUS like all if your other customers are doing while it's still under warranty?

@Dominionix

Hello, sorry about any trouble caused by this router.

Please help confirm some basic info and we will help you fix it ASAP:

1. May I know when did you buy this AX11000 and how often dost this auto-reset issue happen? Did you lose all settings on it such as WAN and wireless settings?

2. How about the LEDs on it when it reset to the factory defaults automatically? Is there anything abnormal before this auto-reset happened?

BTW, may I know who is your ISP and what is the model number of your modem? Thanks.
