Future Consideration Archer MR600 VPN client
Hi,
I see that I can set up a vpn server on this router, but I can not figure out how to set this up as a vpn client.
Since this is a 4G / LTE router, it is more common to use this router from a remote location and connect to the VPN server in the workplace than vice versa.
Does anyone know how I can use this router to connect to the VPN server at my workplace?

:+1: on adding a VPN client preferable Wireguard but OpenVPN could do.

This is really the last straw. What are you thinking at TP-Link? In times of Customer Journey and DevOps and Agile Software Development, you deliver a firmware that cannot even begin to support the requirements of a normal IT user. The Corona pandemic is already in its second year. So it should alsh have spread to TP-Link that many people are now working from home or mobile. I have been a very loyal TP-Link customer so far. But if the firmware is not updated soon (latestly till end of April 2022), this will definitely be my last TP-Link device and my other IT infrastructure from TP-Link will be thrown out immediately.
Last change for you! This is not a propper way to deal with your customers!

I really need an OpenVPN client. I have a home router with a static ip, and the MR600 is at the cottage. I need a permanent connection between the home and cottage. Cellular operators do not provide a dedicated ip address, so only the option of a client on the MR600 and a server on other equipment is possible.
