so my internet has been having some issues lately and i went on to tplinkwifi.net and it shows that i have no ip what do i do?

May I know who is your ISP?

 

Can you still get the internet from the modem directly when the C6 drops connection? Please connect a computer to the modem or ISP line directly to confirm if there is still internet access.

 

Besides, please follow the instruction below to do some tests and tell me which case you belong to.

BTW, ensure the C6 firmware is up-to-date. If not, update it first.
