Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

When am trying with direct lan cable internet is working but when I connected through router internet is not working. When I checked in system log it is showing error as ppp2 LVP down. Please help to get this resolved as soon as possible

Hi,

 

I am also facing same issue. When connected using RJ45 to laptop internet is working, but oven WAN it keeps disconnecting every 2-3 minutes.

 

Error msg : PPP2 LCP Down

 

 

After factory reset WAN was working fine for a day, but now again same issue came.

 

 

This is the issue with Router WAN. 

 

Please suggest how to proceed.
