Hi,

I recently bought this 4G LTE Monile WiFi M7350. It's fine at the store, but after 2 days at home it has consumed over 20GB. We felt that this consumption is not normal for 2 person usage in 2 days.

Then come another issue where it wont charge. The battery will sometime maintain at 30% or 70% or 100% and wont go up nor down.

Battery life won't last longer than 2 hours too where it claimed to be working for 8 hours.

@Shang

Good day.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Please refer to the following suggestions:

  1. Reset the modem once by holding the reset pinhole/button for 10s;
  2. Set up the data limit on the M7350;
  3. Please charge it to 100% before using it again;

by the way, may I know where are you located?

Is the machine getting warm when it failed to charge to 100%?

Thank you very much.
