Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.2

Hi,

Got my M4 deco set in today. Setting up the router/network was pretty simple.
Having some issues with my laptop (windows 10) though.

Googled a bit and saw people having the same issue, but their solutions don't seem to work for me.
Setting up as Access Point, fast roaming is turned off, turned off the 5ghz, still no succes.
Only a wired connections provides internet to my laptop.

Anyone ideas for a solution?

Hello, sorry to respond late.

Can you confirm if other wireless devices such as phones or laptops connect to the Deco wireless network correctly? Try to create a simple wireless password and check whether the Windows 10 will connect.

Ensure fast roaming is disabled and setup QoS as standard, clear all the high priority rules and disable the anti-virus.

Try to enable the guest network to give it a shot.

May it help and have a good day.

Update: it seems to be working when I delete my password and create an open network (as well as just the wired connection).
Big question is : how to get a secure WiFi network?
