Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi I'm new user for the router. I have been having problem with my modem since I was using too many devices at a time, and I thought a router might help. Also, my room is too far from the modem, so I thought the router might help this as well.

I have been following the steps on the instruction paper, I connected my computer to SSID and then went into http://tplinkwifi.net and put "admin" for both ID and password.

Then CGNM-2250-SHW Login - Hitron papge shows up, and if I type "admin" for both username and password it won't let me log in.

What do I need to do with this page?

Hello,

Is the model number of the TP-Link wireless router is TL-WR940N? The below admin login page is not for the WR940N, I'm afraid it's your modem's.

Please try to unplug your modem from the WR940N and only leave your computer connected to it by an Ethernet cable, then try to login again.

Below are some troubleshooting suggestions you may refer to if you still cannot access the page:

May it help.
