Model: Archer TX3000E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hello

Adapter : TX3000E

Router : D-link DIR-655 (I agree, it's old but I don't have any problems with it !)

So I can't connect to my router in WIFI N. It detects my router SSID and ask for the password. When I enter it and press enter, it tries to connect AND all my other devices (two laptops, two smartphones, etc.) lose their connections ! The router doesn't reboot, it just look like its WIFI get nuked by the TX3000E.

I tried to make it use WIFI N only in windows settings with no luck. Latest driver installed from TP-LINK.

Same problem in Ubuntu.

So I can't use my TX3000E, and when I try to my others devices are disconnected.

Any solution before I return this product ?

Thanks

OK, good news...

I connected the antennas to the adapter and it works fine now ? I've read that connecting them was optional.
