In addition to my Xbox live problem posted in another thread, I was wondering if anybody could advice how (or even if it's possible) to set the SNR of my TD-W8970 using Telnet?

Before installing the router I had a Netgear that had a really stable downstream SNR margin of about 6.5db and I would get a very stable sync of about 15,000. The TP-Link seems to set at between 12 and 3.5db and only syncs at about 10,000.

At the very least, I'd let to try and set SNR to something more like 6 to see if I can sync at a faster speed.

I've managed to connect and login to the router using Telnet but I just don't know the commands.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
